FAQ
How old does my dancer need to be?
We teach dancers as young as 4 in our beginner classes, but welcome dancers of all ages, including pre-teen and teen dancers.
Can we come watch or try a class?
Please message us at (509) 842-4167 if you would like to come watch a class. We do not do trial classes, since Irish Dance is extremely technical and difficult to jump into. We recommend doing a Intro Workshop if you’d like to try it out without too much commitment!
What do I need to start?
Nothing. We do not have strict costume or shoe requirements for beginner dancers. They may start in socks or wear a pair of dance shoes they already own.
What should a dancer bring to class?
A water bottle with water- No surgery drinks or messy snacks in the studio please!
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothing that they can move in. We encourage all dancers to wear “dance” attire. Leotards, tights, skirts, shorts or leggings. No restrictive or baggy pants. Please wear hair up in a ponytail or bun. Clothing can be a distraction for your dancer- please dress with that in mind!
